My dad was hospitalized yesterday..

After receiving his call at 10.30a.m saying tt he was at the A&E and tt he has cut off his left hand middle finger, me & my sis rush down to Alexandra Hospital..

Luckily, it was my dad who had exaggerated his hand..it was not been totally cut off but still sort of dangling..

Finally after all the clearing of wounds, the HO came..according to my sis, House Officers are doctors who have juz graduate... Later, the Medical Officer came and told us tt dad will be going for operation later..he also told us tt after the operation, there will need to observe whether his finger is able to attached back or not..if it turns black then they will have to cut the finger off..

Dad went to the operating theater while me & sis went to the cafe..we sat there for ard 1 and a half hr & since sis said tt dad wont be coming out tt quick based on her experience, we waited outside for abt 1 hr..Den dad suddenly popped out from his ward..he said tt he had already finished the operation like 1 and a half hr ago..dude..it was sis fault for insisting tt dad is still inside & doesnt even want to go check inside the ward..and ended up sitting till both our backside are in pain..lol..

Dad was discharge today..we went at abt 10a.m+ but i think they were having doctor's round so mum, sis & me waited outside.went home at abt 2p.m..

The bill costs abt $500+ but since the injury took place during work, his company was to pay for the bill.. my dad will need to go every other day to the polyclinic to clean his wounds and return to Alexandra 2 weeks later for appointment..

the job of bringing my dad to the polyclinic and cooking will therefore solely rest on me since mum is working & sis has attached..

Hmm..luckily everything is fine..
