Section 1: Multiple Choice Test

This Section carries 30 marks. There are twenty (20) questions in this Section and features questions drawn from all topics covered in the Course.

Section 2: Calculations

This Section carries 40 marks. There are four (4) questions in this Section. Each question has a number of sub-questions. Questions are drawn from Bond Valuation and Volatility, Stock Valuation, Portfolio Theory Metrics, Portfolio Performance Measures, and Derivatives (including their use in managing equities).

Section 3: Discussion Questions

This Section carries 30 marks. There are three (3) questions in this Section. A

couple of them have sub-questions. Questions are drawn from Portfolio Theory and Fixed Income Securities (including managing this class of assets).

what was wrong: it wasnt intended for us. yup, investment mangement and investment seems almost the same but it's not..and, we are in the 3rd sem not the second.. hai..

so

it was like choas where everyone started sharing notes and memeorise last minute especially for the markowitz theory... assumptions..

totally madness

i forgot everything tt i had jus memeorise the moment i stepped into the examination hall..

but luckily when we are allowed to check the paper, i heaved a heavy sign of relief

all was jus a false alarm man!!

everything came out jus as i had planned..

so i manage to complete the entire paper in jus 1 1/2 hr instead of the given 3 hrs..

cool man..

ok

tml will be the last paper which i dreaded the most..

going to town tml with eunice, marina and delvine to celebrate enunice's belated birthday..
