Michael Phelps has admitted to smoking cannabis (大麻)!!

I guess that is a bomb to most of us. Especially if you are one of the audiences sitting by your television during the Beijing Olympics hoping to catch every sight of him..

He was banned from entering into competition for 4 years..

that is saddening to see given his talent..

But at least he has the guts to own up to what he has done and had apologise to the public..
