flat renting
I jus dun understand..
Why does she have to pay a price 2x more than what her room-mates are paying?
It's a 4 room flat
her brother is living in a room..
her friend is living in a room..
she & her sis is living in a room..
her brother is paying $450..
her friend is paying $450..
But why does she need to pay $900 for herself & her sis??
pls dun give me the excuse tt cos she & her sis = 2 person..
its jus bullsh*t..
there are 2 ppl sharing 1 room, while there are others having a room to themselves..
but they are paying the same price..
if it was you, would you feel justified??
you dun have a room to yourself but you are still paying the same price as others..
it jus makes me fumes..
what i suggest is tt each room will pay $450 regardless of the no. of ppl living in it..
in other words, she & her sis should jus pay $450..
ok, you may raise the qns tt electricity & water bill will increase..
couldnt they then split the bills among the four?
i jus feels tt it is very unfair to make them pay twice the amt tt others are paying but are staying together in a room..
nothing matters much even if they are staying in the masterbed room.. if tt means i will have to pay an extra of $450, i might as well give up the room & stay in the ordinary room..
doesnt wat i say makes sense??
